Welcome to Daniel Vacations, a division of Lollman Travel LLC! These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between you, the client (“Client”), and Lollman Travel LLC dba Daniel Vacations (“Agent,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By booking a vacation through us or using our services, you agree to the following:

Booking & Payment

  • All vacation bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier (e.g. Disney Destinations, Disney Cruise Line).

  • Payment terms, deposit requirements, and final payment deadlines are determined by the supplier and communicated to you at the time of booking.

  • Failure to pay by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of your booking and applicable penalties.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellation and change policies are set by the travel supplier and vary by product. We will provide these details at the time of booking.

  • Any cancellation, modification, or refund requests must be made in writing and are subject to the supplier’s policies.

  • Daniel Vacations is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties, fees, or non-refundable amounts.

Travel Documents & Requirements

  • It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure all travelers have valid passports, government-issued ID, and any required travel documents.

  • Daniel Vacations is not liable for denied boarding, entry, or travel due to improper documentation.

  • Certain destinations and cruise lines may require proof of vaccination, testing, or other health documents.

Travel Protection

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen cancellations, delays, medical issues, or other emergencies.

  • We will offer travel protection options at the time of booking but ultimate acceptance is the Client’s responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

  • Daniel Vacations acts solely as a booking agent for travel suppliers and is not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, or defaults of suppliers.

  • We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, delays, or other losses incurred in connection with travel services arranged through us.

  • Any issues or claims must be directed to the supplier.

Vacation Planning Guides & Resources

  • Customized vacation guides, planning tools, and recommendations are provided as a complimentary service for booked clients.

  • These resources are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of availability, pricing, or specific experiences.

Use of Website & Social Media

  • By using our website or engaging with Daniel Vacations on social media, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share proprietary content without written permission.

  • Testimonials, photos, and trip highlights shared by clients may be featured on our social media or website with client consent.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be governed by the laws of Ohio in which Lollman Travel LLC is registered.

  • Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action.
